Moringa leaves — A handful
Boiled dal — 50g
Cooked rice — 400g
Oil — 3 Tbsp
Onion sliced — 1
Garlic chopped — 2 cloves
Salt
How to cook
Moringa flesh should be scooped out. If required, chop. In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until aromatic.
