Moringa rice recipe


Moringa flesh — 200g

Moringa leaves — A handful

Boiled dal — 50g

Cooked rice — 400g

Oil — 3 Tbsp

Onion sliced — 1

Garlic chopped — 2 cloves


How to cook

Moringa flesh should be scooped out. If required, chop. In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until aromatic.

After that, add the moringa and cook for a few minutes.

Toss in the moringa leaves and dal. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
